The Man Mask

The man box and man mask workshops are commonly taught together in a fill day workshop or in two segments. This is about examining the masks that we wear and have worn to uphold our masculinity and determining if those masks serve us well or not. Then being able to make conscious choices about what face we want to walk with in the world.
